Where Africa's talent builds what comes next.
We are Africa's development engine.
Pan-African Innovation City is a campus rising in Ibadan, Nigeria, where people master world-class, in-demand skills and apply them to build the industries, enterprises, and solutions Africa's future depends on. Phase 1 opens in 2028.
One system, three focuses.
We build people
People are Africa's greatest resource. That's why we built the Skill Center: to train people in world-class, in-demand skills they can use to find work, start enterprises, and solve problems.
We build ideas
Good ideas start with real problems. We study them and build solutions that work, like at the Agricultural Center, where we take on the challenges facing African farmers.
We build enterprises
A good idea should not stay on paper. When a solution works, we turn it into products, services, and enterprises that reach people.
It means everyone of African descent — and everyone who loves Africa.
It's an invitation to come together and marshal talent and resources toward the continent's economic and social prosperity.
We're not a political or advocacy movement — we're builders.
Two centers. One ambition.

One model. Five stages.
People
We build people. The Skill Center trains Africans in world-class, in-demand skills: the people who can make, mend, build, and lead.
Ideas
We build ideas. In our labs we study real problems and prototype solutions until they work.
Enterprise
We build enterprises. When a prototype can meet people's needs at scale, we turn it into a real product, service, or venture.
Finance
We raise finance. We mobilize the capital that funds the people, the labs, and the enterprises.
Market
We build the market. We grow the demand for what we make, so solutions reach people and last.
A more productive and prosperous Africa.
